Build dependable frontend experiences from approved designs and requirements with strong attention to visual accuracy, responsiveness, maintainability, and delivery quality.

Core success outcomes

1. Implementation accuracy — completed work reflects approved design and functional requirements.
2. Responsive quality — interfaces behave correctly across expected devices, screen sizes, and supported browsers.
3. Code quality — implementation is clear, maintainable, and aligned with team standards.
4. Self-QA — obvious UI, interaction, content, and regression issues are identified before review.
5. Reliable execution — progress, blockers, dependencies, and realistic timelines are communicated early.
6. Learning application — feedback is converted into visible improvement and repeated issues reduce over time.

Observable evidence

Evidence may include implementation accuracy, responsive and browser quality, low preventable rework, code review feedback, successful releases, task reliability, and improvement after feedback.

Role Excellence standard

Exceptional performance means Fatema consistently produces polished work, catches issues before review, grows rapidly in independence, and contributes useful improvements beyond assigned tasks.

Effective performance means assigned frontend work meets requirements, passes expected quality checks, is delivered reliably, and feedback is applied in later work.

Needs Improvement applies when preventable defects recur, rework remains high, testing is weak, blockers are surfaced late, or repeated feedback is not being incorporated.

Monthly Role Excellence review

Role Excellence should be scored from documented monthly evidence against the outcomes above, not from general impressions. The universal five-level rating scale in the KPI framework applies.
