Role

Project Manager / Website & Growth Lead

Core department: Project Delivery
Career level: To be confirmed

Role purpose

Own reliable delivery for the Website & Growth team by turning client and internal commitments into clear plans, coordinated execution, strong communication, and measurable outcomes.

Core success outcomes

  1. Delivery reliability — projects and recurring work are planned, assigned, tracked, and delivered on time; risks and dependencies are surfaced early.
  2. Client confidence — clients receive clear, timely communication, realistic expectations, and dependable follow-through.
  3. Team coordination — developers, designers, SEO, content, and other contributors understand priorities, owners, due dates, and blockers.
  4. Quality control — deliverables meet agreed scope and quality before client handoff and avoid preventable rework.
  5. Commercial awareness — delivery decisions consider scope, effort, profitability, retention, and opportunities to create additional client value.
  6. Operational improvement — recurring delivery problems are converted into better processes, templates, checklists, or SOPs.

Observable evidence

Evidence may include on-time delivery, blocker handling, client feedback, reduced rework, accurate task planning, clean ClickUp ownership, successful launches, retained accounts, scope control, and documented process improvements.

Role Excellence standard

Exceptional performance means Ifrat consistently creates a predictable delivery environment, anticipates risks before they become problems, strengthens client trust, improves team execution, and materially improves delivery systems beyond managing day-to-day tasks.

Effective performance means agreed work is planned and coordinated reliably, stakeholders stay informed, blockers are handled appropriately, and delivery quality meets expectations.

Needs Improvement applies when avoidable delays, unclear ownership, weak follow-up, poor escalation, preventable client surprises, or recurring coordination failures materially affect delivery.

Monthly Role Excellence review

Role Excellence should be scored from documented monthly evidence against the outcomes above, not from general impressions. The universal five-level rating scale in the KPI framework applies.
