Munna — Role Success Plan

Working Role: Software Developer Core Department: Engineering Career Level: To be confirmed Assessment Scope: Standard Blinto Team Performance Framework

The working role above is based on Munna's current ClickUp work across software-development tasks, including Astro frontend delivery, APIs, authentication, HRMS work, and product/client implementation. Formal title and career level should be confirmed separately.

Role Purpose

Build reliable software solutions for Blinto products and client projects, contribute across frontend and backend implementation where needed, and grow toward increasingly independent ownership of technical delivery.

Core Success Outcomes

1. Reliable Software Delivery

Complete assigned development work according to agreed scope, acceptance criteria, timeline, and technical standards.

Observable evidence: completed ClickUp tasks, on-time delivery, acceptance without avoidable delays, clear task updates, and dependable follow-through.

2. Implementation Quality

Produce maintainable, functional code that meets requirements and minimizes defects, regressions, and unnecessary rework.

Observable evidence: code review feedback, QA outcomes, defect/rework history, maintainability, consistency with project conventions, and successful deployment or handoff.

3. Technical Problem Solving

Investigate implementation issues systematically, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions rather than waiting for step-by-step instructions.

Observable evidence: troubleshooting notes, resolved blockers, appropriate technical decisions, escalation with context, and prevention of repeated issues.

4. Cross-Stack Adaptability

Develop the ability to contribute across the technologies required by current Blinto work, including APIs, authentication, frontend implementation, integrations, and internal/product systems.

Observable evidence: successful work across different project types and stacks, appropriate learning, and ability to apply new technical knowledge in real tasks.

5. Ownership & Communication

Keep work visible, communicate blockers early, clarify requirements before implementation, and close assigned work without unnecessary chasing.

Observable evidence: ClickUp updates, proactive questions, early escalation, accurate estimates/status, and complete handoff or closure.

6. Engineering Growth

Build stronger engineering fundamentals and progressively handle larger or more complex tasks with less supervision.

Observable evidence: progress against agreed development goals, demonstrated learning in production work, improved independence, and increasing task complexity over time.

Role Excellence Assessment

KPI 10 — Role Excellence should evaluate Munna against the six outcomes above using documented evidence from the review month.

Exceptional — 5

Consistently exceeds role expectations, delivers high-quality work independently, solves complex problems effectively, and demonstrates clear growth in technical ownership.

Strong — 4

Frequently exceeds expected performance, requires limited supervision, produces dependable work, and contributes positively beyond assigned implementation.

Effective — 3

Reliably meets role expectations for assigned work, communicates appropriately, and produces acceptable technical outcomes with the expected level of guidance.

Needs Improvement — 2

Performance is inconsistent in one or more core outcomes, with recurring issues in delivery, quality, ownership, communication, or technical execution.

Significant Improvement Needed — 1

Regularly falls below essential role expectations and requires substantial improvement or supervision to deliver assigned work successfully.

Development Goals

Agree 2–3 specific development goals for each assessment period. Goals should focus on measurable engineering capability, independence, technical depth, or delivery responsibility and should be reviewed monthly under KPI 9 — Growth & Development.
