Purpose

Over the assessment period, performance will be evaluated based on responsibilities, leadership, execution, communication, ownership, and contribution to Blinto's strategic priorities. Demonstrated performance will be assessed against the Blinto Career Level Framework to determine the official career level.

Role Mission

Partner with the CEO to transform strategic priorities into execution by coordinating leaders, driving accountability, improving business operations, and ensuring Blinto's most important initiatives are successfully delivered.

Core Responsibilities

1. CEO Priority Execution

Translate the CEO's priorities into actionable plans, assign ownership, track progress, and ensure successful execution across the organization.

2. Leadership Coordination

Collaborate with department leaders, consultants, and key stakeholders to align priorities, improve communication, remove blockers, and maintain execution momentum.

3. Strategic Initiative Management

Lead and coordinate company-wide strategic initiatives that involve multiple teams, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and aligned with business objectives.

4. Business Performance & Operations

Monitor company KPIs, operational performance, and financial health. Prepare executive updates and provide recommendations that support informed decision-making.

5. Operational Excellence

Improve internal systems, leadership processes, documentation, and operational workflows to help Blinto scale more efficiently.

  • CEO Priorities: CEO priorities are translated into actionable plans with clear ownership and completed on schedule.
  • Leadership Execution: Department leaders remain aligned, accountable, and make measurable progress on company priorities.
  • Strategic Projects: Cross-functional initiatives are delivered successfully with minimal delays and effective coordination.
  • Business Visibility: Leadership dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports are accurate, timely, and support better decision-making.
  • Operational Improvement: Business processes are continuously improved, reducing bottlenecks and increasing execution efficiency.
