Observable evidence

Evidence may include implementation accuracy, responsive and browser quality, rework levels, code review feedback, successful releases, dependable task completion, and visible improvement over time.

Exceptional performance means Yasin consistently delivers polished frontend work, detects issues before review, learns quickly from feedback, and increasingly handles complex work independently.

Effective performance means assigned work meets requirements, passes expected quality checks, is delivered reliably, and feedback is incorporated into later work.

Needs Improvement applies when preventable defects recur, testing is weak, rework remains high, blockers are surfaced late, or the same feedback repeatedly appears.
